full service balcony cleaning is charged by hourly to cover a wide range of variables such as balcony size, severity of floor stains (ie. dirt, grime, algae, bird poop, black mold), location in city, and the preferred scope of work:

• the starter: floor scrub & dry

• the main thing:  the starter + railings & railing glass 

• the works:  the main thing package + sliding doors & tracks, windows and sills within balcony area

diy equipment rental   $99/day

the diy equiopment rental option is perfect for someone that has a few hours in the day to spend on balcony cleaning, and save hundreds of dollars in the process.

we provide a how-to video to clean like a professional, free delivery and pick up of a balcony cleaning kit that includes:  wetvac system to suck up dirty water so it doesn't drip off balcony, various-sized brushes to detail hard to reach areas (ie. between railing post & glass, sliding door tracks), squeegee and microfibre clothes for spotless glass cleaning, and eco-friendly detergents
