1. How do you clean the balcony in a strata-compliant way without dripping water?
In short, the floor is (a) sprayed with an eco-friendly cleaner, (b) power scrubbed to agitate the dirt, grime, algae, moss, mildrew, bird poop and black mold, and (c) the dirty water from the floor is collected using a powerful German made floor cleaner with extractor technology. It's important to note that no pressure washer or harsh chemicals are used as this is also not strata-compliant

We service the entire Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland area where any resident that values having a clean balcony space. Specifically, we service: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Poco

4. What kinds of grime does the service clean?
The service will remove dirt, algae, moss, black mold, bird poop, and any mildew and grime on floor, railings/glass, windows and door. What the service can't clean off is pre-existing damage; ie. paint chips and tears, misuse with harsh chemicals,, and neglect over years leading permanent staining and decaying surfaces (akin to poor dental care).
5. How does the service compare to DIY and competing services?
The service is estimated to be 2.5x more productive and a quantum leap in quality vs DIY.

It should be cleaned whenever it doesn't meet your standards, as part of a real estate listing process, or annually for maintenance to ensure it looks great, and protect perhaps your most valuable asset from a point of no return (algae, mold, bird poop is quite aggressive; given the right conditions; it causes permanent staining and paint decay)

8. What can I do to maintain and lower the long-term costs?
Aside from the advanced floor cleaning system, everything else can be cleaned using simple supplies and a little time.
In fact, it's becoming increasingly common for owners to reduce ~30% of the total budget with some routine maintenance of the the railings/glass, windows and door, but leaving the floor only for ongoing maintenance.
