2. Is this balcony cleaning service strata-compliant buildings?

Yes, it is in total strata-compliance.   Specifically, it meets three conditions required by strata-compliance and bylaw regulations:  (a) no-dripping water, (b) use gentle eco-friendly cleaners, (c) no pressure washing

3. How do you clean the balcony in a strata-compliant way without dripping water?

It requires a proven 3-step process to ensuring the floors get cleaned in the following sequence:

  • an eco-friendly solution is sprayed on it

  • the dirt, grime, algae, moss, mildrew, bird poop and black mold are agitated by power scrubbing

  • the dirty water from the floor is removed bt using a powerful German made floor cleaner with extractor technology.  

4. What kinds of grime does the service clean?

The service will remove dirt, algae, moss, black mold, bird poop, and any mildew and grime on floor, railings/glass, balcony windows and sliding door and tracks.    What the service can't clean off is pre-existing damage that has lead to permenent stains; ie. paint chips and tears, misuse with harsh chemicals, and neglect resulting in paint degradation

We service the entire Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland area where any resident that values having a clean balcony space.  Specifically, we service: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Poco 

In the low $hundreds to correct years of neglect, based on reasonable time and cost to reflect what it takes to address differing sizes, scope, severity and part of Greater Vancouver that the project is done.​​​

The service is estimated to be 2.5x more productive and a quantum leap in quality vs DIY.  
We have some worthy competitors, but we generally differentiate on experience and authority, transparency, respect, and care in the extra mile.  The best thing to do is read the Google Reviews, if these themes matter.  
 

8. When and how often should the balcony be cleaned?

It should be cleaned every 1-2 years or whenever it doesn't meet your standards to ensure proper upkeep, enjoyment and protection of the outside space against long-term decay from the elements; ie. paint degradation from algae and black mold.

9. What should I do before, during and after the appointment?

​A few of these steps will help the appointment run smoothly, and  ultimately provide the best outcomes

  • expect on time appointment

  • have the outside cleared beforehand 

  • provide access to sink or bathtub for clean water and toilet for dirty water

  • finalize payment via debit terminal or e-transfer

10. What can I do to maintain and lower the long-term costs?

Just a light sweep of the floor and touch ups of everything else will reduce grime caking onto the surface.  Doing so may reduce up to 30% of the initial deep clean budget.
